Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in US, Canada or Netherlands depending on the customer location.

How long does it take to arrive?

Standard Shipping Times

USA: 3-5 Business Days
Canada: 4-6 Business Days
Australia: 6-10 Business Days
Europe & UK: 5-8 Business Days
International: 9-15 Business Days

How long after ordering is my package shipped?

We typically ship all orders within 1-2 business days. It is usually less than 3 days during off-peak season, but may be up to 5 days during peak times like Black Friday and Christmas.

How do I check my order status?

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for shipping information to update on the website.

How come only some products from my order arrived?

We ship from our warehouses in the US, Canada and EU. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE to USA, Canada and Australia.
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and added on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
